Mk4 Enclosure Bundle
Now there is a MK4 Enclosure Bundle.
i orderd some weeks ago 3 prusa mk4 pre assembled and I also ordered 3 enclosure.
my enclosure arrived and I build them in my room, looks great. Now I ask the support for refund of the difference cash from bundle to single prices. Answer: not possible! I have to send all 3 enclosures back, they will check it, and after 14 days I will get refund. Than I can change my order from the mk4 to a mk4 bundle.
that’s not a good service! I have to disassemble all enclosure..!?

They do not seem to be very flexible at all

They must be punished for closing an agreed deal, shipping and delivering agreed product for an agreed price. This is such a bad behaviour and they must be called outright inflexible indeed. They should really support previous customers down to MK2, having second thoughts, because another deal was offered later, as time goes by. They should go back to the office, modify invoices, customs and tax documentation and send a bunch of flowers and a cake for daring to make a different commercial offer at another day. It's all about flexibility.
For sake if clarity: the above is of ironic nature.

Honestly, I wouldnt mind the enclosure, but I am still getting the kit to build myself - at this point I don't know if I trust their builders with the assembled versions.....

I am not sure it is right to request refund on current situation. Deals and offers changes all the time. But as goodwill, they could suggest you coupon/voucher for further purchases.

It good not to trust them ... They forgot a critical part on mine, so I have a expensive paperweight right now while I wait for the part (and had to do things under their instruction) that can void the warranty.
