Relax, we cannot change the delivery date.  We could set up a spreadsheet and update it as deliveries occur if people are concerned.  It allowed me to see when my MK3 might be shipping.

Anyone able to get an order through in the last few minutes (19:52 UTC)?

I've tried credit card and PayPal -- both resulting in "We're sorry, we were unable to complete your order" on the /order/ page.

That's what mine said, but the order ended up working, and just needed payment later. Look on your orders page and see if it shows up.

Got that for Apple Pay, CC worked.  About 2 hours ago..

It's only 1,88€ more in shipping so I don't risk any delay when changing something in my order 😀

plus doesn't the extra sheet create duty fees over $800 if you are in the US. Would be cheaper to order and pay the shipping on a separate item?

Not sure if it was the browser or luck, but switched from Firefox to Chrome and got through to the order confirmation.

It is not automatic but there is a good chance you will get a fee if you go over 800 in product.

My company just ordered MK4 Kit, enclosure, some filaments, V6 hardened nozzle... but V6 nozzle adaptor went out of stock between adding to basket and ordering.  Anyone know if we'll be able to add the adaptor to the order between now and shipping, assuming the adaptor (or hardened nextruder nozzles) come into stock in the next few weeks?

(We were looking towards the X1C.  But my home mini+ has been so good that when Prusa released the MK4 just in time...)

I guess I'm taking the gamble, Prusa support said I will likely get hit with a fee either way since with shipping it is over the threshold of 800 and they recommended I put the satin sheet in the order, was pretty easy to revise my order and they said I wouldn't lose my position

Yea! You can go to your order and click on edit, search for MK4 and add the kit to your cart that has the Satin sheet for 839, then remove the kit without it and save!

Edit order worked for us too (to add the out-of-stock / available but max order 0/ out-of stock / available max order 1....) nextruder V6 nozzle adaptor.  🙂

hope i don't delay my order with the nozzle adapter.

when i ordered they were in stock. And i took 2, because i'm waiting for an XL, too...

I also added the nozzle adapter to my order when it was still in "New" status. Received two boxes instead of one, but no delay and no surcharge for shipping.

Ordered with a satin sheet. But I have paid for the sheet and it does not appear in the order. Trying to contact the chat.

Update: While the order page doesn't show the extra sheet (just the printer with a $40 higher price), my deposit invoice clearly lists the extra satin sheet. Click image below to view fullsize for details.
