I ordered the MK4 3D Printer Kit on the 12th April and was expecting to receive it in May, as that is when they are being dispatched. However, my order status is still listed as "new" and on the website it says that new orders will not be processed until July. Does this mean that I won't receive my order until then?

I would have a chat with the prusa helpdesk,
One of my old orders got stuck in an unusual status. they helpdesk arranged for it to be activated.

I was actually looking for a link to their support before I made this post, but I was unable to find anything related to order status or delivery; only support with the actual printer. Do you have a link or email address that I can contact them on?

Yes the chat option takes a couple of seconds to appear. That caught me out in the early days

I've ordered on April 2nd and my order is listed as "new" as well.
I think they're still having issues with the delivery estimates, but would appreciate if you could follow up with what support has to say about it.

Oh not just me then. i didn't think they were released until the 12th though?
I spoke with somone from support, and as you thought, they are unable to provide exact lead times at the moment but will be able to in a couple of weeks.

I think preorders started on the 29th of March, when they announced the MK4.

Weak ist talking about the assembled MK4 and paul234 for sure meant the kit version.
