how do I attach the Bowden tube to the MK4 with enclosure

Hello Sam. You can screw the provided Fitting QSM-M5 into the nextruder. It has threads in that hole. And then put the ptfe tube in the Fitting QSM-M5.
You don't need the fs-cover for the MK4.
