Any option for adding a Camera for recording prints with an MK4 without using OCTOprint/Raspberry Pi?

Depends on your definition of "adding". I've never been happy with pi cams and instead have Wyze webcams monitoring all my printers. The Wyze app is pretty good and allows for timelapse movies. Easy monitoring from anywhere.
There are several mounting options on Printables for the Mk3, which I suspect will work just fine with a Mk4.
