Before buying the MK4...
Hi All
Few questions before I purchase MK4, to be the 2nd printer next to the good old Prusa Mini, mostly to be used with PLA:
1- The sizes are 50x55x40 c"m. So just to be sure: 50 is the width, 55 is the depth, and 40 is the height. Is that correct?
2- If 52 cm is the width I have, would it be OK also from future maintenance point of view?
3- What is recommended to purchase with the printer? Another sheet? Nozzle? Any replacement parts that will be needed sooner or later?
4- I used beagle camera to control my Prusa mini. Works well. Any recommendation what to use with the MK4? (Sadly Prusa doesn't recommend such a solution, not providing one as well)
Thank you

I'm no where near my printer so can check sizes, but for the other questions
3. Get a Satin Sheet, works for most filament unlike the standard smooth sheet; https://help.prusa3d.com/materials
4. ESP32CAM, dirt cheap and just works, below is my enclosure for it but there are a few other options. The page includes details of the software I use.

Thanks for the Satin sheet info. I will.
As for the ESP32 cam - sounds good to me, especially since I have such a CAMs from my ESP32 projects.
Just to make sure I got it right: This CAM is connected to a separate ESP32, not to the one installed inside the MK4. So it would need a power supply (5V through the USB connector? ). Is that correct?
RE: Before buying the MK4...
Yes, it is independent of the printer, I've got mine running form a burst bucker to step down the power supply voltage to 5v so it gets switch with the printer. I bought a ESP32-Cam and a ESP32-Cam-MB as it is the easiest, it's about a fiver from China or 10ish from Amazon/Ebay
RE: Before buying the MK4...
As far as nozzles go, getting an Obxidian nozzle would be a terrific idea if you plan to print any abrasive filaments such as PC Blend Carbon.
