If I may add to all excellent "check points" that were listed in the previous posts:
- screws tightening: in my MK4, after about two weeks of printing (a few parts every 2-3 days, so not much) pretty much all screws need to be tightened again. In some cases up to a quarter turn.
I guess the IS induced vibrations have an effect on the screws, the good thing is that this is a rather quick and easy check.
