Print flexible pb. Filament stuck in the wrong place
Hi all,
I need your expertise in order to use some flex filament. I used it with my MK3 but now, with the MK4 it's not even loading.
I checked on the forum, and internet but all I saw was try to amend the printer and filament parameters in the slicer, but I don't event reach the moment I can load an stl. The filament is not loading and finish stuck between the cranted wheel and the "wall". I guess I've f...d-up something when assembling the printer. Could anyone take a picture of that part of their printer so I can see how it is supposed to look when it's properly done?
Any other suggestion on what could be wrong?

It doesn't lool obviously wrong—unless what you circled in red is where the filament is because that's too far left. Here's a photo from my Mk4, with some white filament:
I've printed TPU very successfully on the Mk4, and unlike my Mk3S I didn't need to adjust the idler screws. But the idler screws were what I first suspected in your case, maybe too tight?

Thanks very much for taking the time to take a picture. I have checked the assembly instructions again and indeed, it looks okay. I removed the PG-case (as indicated on the support page about the filament sensor: https://help.prusa3d.com/article/filament-sensor-mk4-mk3-9_465702) to try to put it back properly, but it was already good.
Then I did what you suggested I unscrewed the idler screws. I didn't really know how much, I think I did one turn for each one.
AND IT WORKS !!!!
