Nozzle is clogged
I have a new MK4 printer. At the beginning the printer prints normally. After a few minutes, the nozzle is clogged. Then I clean the nozzle again and the next time I try, the nozzle is clogged again.I use PLA material.
RE: Nozzle is clogged
do you wait for the printer extruder to cool before you turn the printer off?
If you turn the printer off when the extruder is hot, the extruder fan will stop, and residual heat in the heatblock can rise into the cold end of the extruder melting the filament above the heat break too. (one form of Heat creep)
when you next turn the printer on, the extruder cooling fan will prevent this extra molten filament, above the heat break from heating, leading to a clogged nozzle

Yep, been there! Only way I found to clear out the clog is with a heat gun
