Layer steps on outside surface
I have been using the stock MK4 settings (0.20mm QUALITY - Original Prusa MK4 0.4 nozzle) for Hatchbox PLA and I continue to have an issue with outside layer "steps" whenever I have a change in cross-section. As you can see from the box, there are locations where the cross-section changes to form a pocket and to form the lip at the top. In each location, there is a noticeable step in filament. However, you can see the step is shallower between the corners.
Any ideas on what I should change to mitigate this?

Search for "bulge" or "hull line" in this forum. There are about 30 pages on this phenomenon, which after all these years amazingly still hasn't been addressed by Prusa. Plenty of suggestions in those pages but none that is guaranteed to work.
