First Print went fine, then only failures

Just assembled my upgraded MK4. I did my first test print, the keychain gcode file on the USB. It was perfect. But after that every print I do fails. Even the same keychain gcode print doesn't work any more.

On the second print it started to blob a little so I stopped the print. Is it possible I've got a clog already? I'll include some pictures of how the first layer looks:

I did something really dumb and caused all kinds of problems. I put a sock on my nozzle then forgot to flip the idler lock back down. I'm just saying it wont hurt to double check the simple stuff.

I did as you suggested and it turned out the two screws holding the hot end had come lose after the first print. I tighten it and now it prints perfect again. I wonder if these screws will continue to come lose due to all the motion and vibration.

Anyways, thanks.
