Artificial hight limit problem?

I am trying to print https://www.printables.com/model/953614-mmu3-cassette-compatible-buffer-for-prusa-mk4-r4-c/files and every time I try to print the large vertical pieces I get to a certain height (almost complete mind you) and then it spaghettis on me. It is almost like it has an artificial block on going higher. I have tried with 3 different filaments (thought maybe my PETG was wet) and every time it is the same result. Help?

3mf attached, it is for PLA which was my last attempt

filament dryer arrived today, printed from that and it all worked ok, must have been just wet enough to screw up when the print was high enough and the bed slinging it around

Have you tried printing something else at that height - maybe something in vase mode to see if you do have some sort of hard limit for that height?

I suggest a vase mode ‘thing’ because it is easy to add simple cylinder in prusa slicer and then it is a quicker print that will use less of your filament.

Seriously one of the weirdest things I’ve seen, like I have seen wet filament do weird stuff and I can usually tell, but I live in an area where it’s not usually an issue for me, I store my filament in sealed boxes with reusable desiccant packs and it lasts a long time, but I have never come across filament getting juuuusssstttt wet enough to screw up a print at height. So frickin weird. Thanks for the tips, I appreciate the help when I was very flummoxed.
