Mk3 to mk3.9s upgrade y calibration test fail.

I'm looking for some help or guidance as every other calibration test is fine and I don't want to risk printing with the calibration "failing".

When running the xy calibration the x is fine when it goes to the y it goes to the back of the print area and bumps quite a few times then comes to the front bumps once then fails the test. I've tried manualling moving the y axis and it's range is -4 to 211. When I have it come to the front there seems to be a slight issue at 208 to 211 where idk how best to describe it. Maybe a hop or jump of the teeth. But I've tried watching and I don't think it's that. I've tried other solutions such as double checking your bearings, adjusting the tension both higher and looser. Ensuring the tensioners on the y bed frame are properly installed. (Tension screw is facing the back y motor).
