ASA top Layer issues on a flat surface

Been trying to master the ASA top Layer but still not 100%

from the image what would change to get a better top layer

ASA on the textured plate using 3Dlac adhesive - In an Enclosure preheated and around 30 - 40c when running.

260c Noz - 110c Bed -  Fan 5%

20% infill gyroid and 80% cupid infill just below when it starts to do the top layers

the bottom layer is stuck to the plate without any warping,

I've tried extrusion down to 92% without any luck , played around with fan speeds. added extra top layers, tried the ironing option, tried 2 different brands of filament

all without any better results

Added the Hex pattern to brake up the top layer, the actual part is 6mm thick

Been through the posts on here and reddit without any luck when changing settings to other users

RE: ASA top Layer issues on a flat surface

I have noticed too that the top layer of my ASA prints, are never as smooth as PLA,  although your example is worse than what I get usually.

For a better assessment of the problem, it’s preferable that you upload here a copy of your project as  *.3mf file, Please be aware that, for unknown reasons, the forum software won’t accept directly *.3mf files, so you’ll have to compress it previously into a *.zip file before uploading it.

Have you tried other infills as rectilinear or cubic ?.  Besides, I don’t know if it may have something to do with your specific issue, but a fan speed of 5% seems too low for ASA, In fact, many fans stop spinning when the speed is set at such low value.  I use 20-30%  as my regular setting,
