X-axis motion causing rattle in hot end assembaly
However, if I push on the back of the hot end toward the front of the printer while in motion, the rattle (sort of a resonance) goes away. Rods don't look scored to me.
Best approach to troubleshoot this please? I'm pretty sure I aligned and greased the bearings correctly when I assembled it. Prints seem fine. It wasn't doing this for many hours of operation, so it's been used quite a bit.
