Printer keeps ejecting filament

I have a PRUSA MK3.5 with MMU 3. For the most part it has been working well with some hiccups every so often. I just printed a 3d earth jigsaw puzzle without any difficulties. However, the last item I printed is of the booster-bottom-body for a Startship model. The print is not multi material so once the filament is loaded it should not change. In this case, I found that a little over halfway, the printer stops and partially ejects the filament saying that the filament may be running out. That was not the case there was plenty of filament. A first I thought it might be a problem with the sensor but when I reran the print the same thing happened at the same spot in the print. I did eventually  get a complete print but I needed to reload the filament numerous times (20 to 30). Printer is using generic PLA. Any ideas on what might be causing this? I am thinking it my be something with the code for the print or maybe something with the firmware. Any suggestion appreciated.

Regards,

Jon
