Dirty print due to polymer drop accumulation on the heater

I experience some recurring issue with some accumulation of molten polymer drops sticking  on the bottom of the hot part of the extruder (see red arrow) . They slowly grow and periodically fall onto the piece and stick to my print.

I thought it was due to some Z calibration issue but it does not look... Any experience on that ?
Sorry for my newbie issue. any help would be greatly appreciated.

Could be caused by some leakage in the hotend above the nozzle. Maybe run the nozzle change procedure with new nozzle and see if that helps.

I've been running Revo six rapidchange hotend and don't experience this.

The focus is in the wrong plane to be certain but it looks as if your nozzle may be wrongly inserted.

See:    https://help.prusa3d.com/article/changing-or-replacing-the-nozzle-mk2-5-s-mk3-s-mk3-5-s_2069

Pay particular attention to the diagrams at the bottom of the page.

Cheerio,
