z-axis misalignment during calibration

I just unpacked and tried to set up my Prusa i3 MK3. However the z-axis misaligns during the calibration process.

- Whenever I go through z-calibration: left and right z-axis offsets. mostly during upward movement

- normal up/down movement works smoothly (under settings: Move z-axis)

- I can align it again, either manually (by turning one of the threaded axis) or by maxing out on top or bottom plate.

Any help is highly appreciated. This is my first experience with a 3D printer, first Prusa. ( I hope you can see the videos)

RE: z-axis misalignment during calibration

It looks to me like the rear of the left-hand Z unit is binding on something between it and the frame, out of view of your camera, stalling the motor for a bit, while the right-hand unit continues upward. Your manual moving powers through the obstruction, the right hand tops out, and the left-hand finally catches up. Try stopping the upward movement a little over half-way up, them manually raise it, observing from the rear to see when it meets the obstruction and remedy as necessary. A video from the left/read may be instructive.
