What is your favourite black matte filament?

Hi everyone,

I’m looking for a black matte filament for quality prints.

I’ve tried „das filament“ but wasn’t happy with the print quality. „extrudr“ worked better for now.

Do have any experiences/recommendations?

thanks, Rupert

Don't know if this is the finish you're looking for, but I think PolyTerra PLA looks great. It's not too costly either. Here is something I printed with it: https://www.prusaprinters.org/prints/10349-raspberry-pi-3b-sleeve/comments#comment-92557

Why not paint it?

AddNotth AduraX, Beautiful finish and really good properties for functional parts.

It's carbon fiber filled nylon.

Unfortunately I can't show any of the prints I've done but there's some examples on their website

RE:

I also like Polyterra in all it's colors, but haven't used black so far.
My matte black is Tinmorry Matte Black PLA.

You can see a print where I used it here:

Edit: seems like I can't link directly to my make, so scroll down until you see the make posted by Thyraz (me).

The flaps aren't post processed, I just used ironing in Prusa Slicer.
Based on my tests with Polyterra in other colors I guess i would behave similar,
but at least the Tinmorry is a very easy to use PLA for me with good results.
