Strage holes in the print

Hello I found strange holes in the print and I can't figure out how to get rid of them, I'm printing using t he vase mode and the start point is set to be 0. if anyone has some ideas why does this happen I would really appreciate the help. This is a picture of the problem.

Have a nice day.

Would you mind uploading the 3mf project file? You said vase mode but this looks like a very visible z-seam to me. Compress the file before uploading as the forum software does not allow 3mf files.

Here the 3mf file, using simplify3d I saw that the nozzle in the  z-seam points you mentioned change the direction from left to right and vice versa, also it is using 2 lines.

RE: Strage holes in the print

I don't see any of your settings in the 3mf file, so I assume it's just a 3mf export from Fusion or similar, not an export from Prusaslicer. Reading your previous post, it looks like you're using simplify3d, and unfortunately I am totally unfamiliar with it. Sorry I can't be of more assistance. Maybe someone else in this forum can help?

I did load the model into Prusaslicer and didn't see anything unusual with it.
