Settings for PETG filament

Hi - With the help of this great forum, I have learnt a great deal over the last few weeks and feel confident on setting different print parameters for PLA. Thank you - much appreciated.

I am now turning my attention to using PETG as a stronger "engineering" material. While surface finish isn't paramount for the prints I want to do, but a couple of test pieces were less than presentable finish wise. I set the heat parameters in line with the data on the reel ie Print temp 230-250 deg C, bed temp 60-80 deg C. The photo shows the faces as being "rough cast", similar to the face that's in contact with the bed. Also, an amount of stringing happened as well.

I'm interested in what settings Folk are using for PETG to get a reasonble finish etc, and for reference, I'm using a Neptune 2S

Many thanks

Simon
