A quick and easy fix is to clean the contacts of the SD card with a small pencil eraser and voila bob's your aunty. If have electrical contact cleaner that works well in conjunction with the eraser.

Thanks for the quick response.  I cleaned all my SD card contacts as you suggested before I made the post. I beleave the problem is in the SD card holder that's on the pc board. Not sure if its dirty loose or just wore out. I don't know if there is a way to clean the contacts  in the card holder. I can wiggle the SD card sometimes to get it to read but I did have a 6-hr print quit about half way through  just from the vibration of the printer causing it to loose contact.

I was wondering if you can use a 2nd sd card to add projects while the other is in the printer.
