Prusa websites- why so complex?

Prusa On-line assets.

I don't know why, but I find the online assets for Prusa to be really difficult to navigate.  There seems to be an e-shop site and a support site. But the 'Prusa-verse' file sharing seems to be the driver on the support side. The two groups don't seem to link together???

Prusa3D vs Prusaprinters?

It seems like it takes forever to find what I need.

Cause e-shop contains personal data, that could be "stolen" and create a bad image and government investigation. For example if you paid by a credit card, address, name, email, phone ....  and also count into it the EU's GDPR requirements.

Printer-verse and support doesn't require financial part to exists to work and also doesn't contain "money-cost" related assets. Support just check, if your order is valid in different system and then assist you as much as they can. Same goes for upload/share of printing things for people

So from IT perspective it is a good choice do split it into two parts.

@john-doe-5

Concur 100% especially since this site appears to based on a common blog / forum product.

I think Prusa3D is more of the corporate site and Prusaprinters is more of the 'interaction' site. I do agree that hiding the support site off the shop is confusing for a lot of people.
