Prusa MK4/4S and input shaping
Hi, all - I've been using a Prusa MK4 for about a year, and I just upgraded a MK3S+ to a MK4S. Good times.
I noticed something peculiar. My MK4 has two print profiles: an Input Shaper profile and a previous non-Input-Shaper one that I used to use before that feature became available. The MK4S profile that I'm using only has profiles for different nozzle sizes and High Flow designation. The configuration assistant shows a big "Input Shaper" banner on the MK4S printer, but it has the same banner for the MK4 *and* those print are marked "Input Shaper" to distinguish them from "Legacy" print profiles. To me, it looks like "Input Shaper" has not only become the default mode (hence moving non-Input-Shaper to "Legacy"), but it isn't even a feature that Prusa is emphasizing - it's just the mode that Prusa printers use unless you configure them otherwise. Is that right?
