Potential Solution: PEI sticker sheet deformation
Hello,
I recently had a little deformation of the sticker sheet in which it pulled up from the bed when removing a print. It was about the size of US Quarter and appeared as if the bed was pulled up to make a bubble. The material I was removing was a rather sticky PLA. To be honest, I did not the bed cool completely. I was very bummed because it a relatively new print bed sheet.
I decided that I was going to rest that side so I flipped the sheet over and did 5-6 prints on the other side. I check this morning and you cannot even tell it has ever happened.
It might work for you so, flip the bed and see if the PEI readheres.

a pin hole puncture in the bubble might also help before you flip the plate for magnetically applied pressure and heat to iron out the thing.... just a thought.
