Paint on Seams vs a not as of yet Custom seams
Hello Prusa Members, I been using the new v2.4 win 64 for about 2 weeks now. It's a big improvement for 3d printing. I don't know but, only wish that the "Paint" on Seams had a few other variables options to either start at the top of a part and be vertical to the bottom in a straight line or at a specified angle that would be a game changer with seams. Hoping others will ask about this to see if it is plausible. I know about the other options on seams nearest, aligned etc... But if seams could be dictated as you want... Wow that would be nice.

I'm pretty sure someone has already made a feature request for this on GitHub, and I agree it would be a great feature, just like in PhotoShop ( the original PS) you can hold down shift and click point A then click point B and and a straight line drawn between them.
While PrusaSlicer does not have such a feature currently, it is extremely easy to draw a straight line using your mouse against something straight, I do this commonly and without issue, if you want a certain angle you can rotate the part to that angle and draw the line.
I made these in seconds, no fuss no muss, using the side of my caliper case (the nearest straight edge to me) at the time of reading your post.
I would also like to see such a feature, however I would like to see some other things working first.
But maybe this will help you for now.

Thank You Swiss Cheese, You are on point with this. That is on a wish list with Prusa slicer. It would help Point A to B or just vertical path ect... It's a better way of making a seam. Painting a awkward path but is okay, but being accurate is better.. We will see if this can go forward to the team.

There are indeed several requests on Github (including from yours truly) for just that feature.
