BTW, is the live chat gone or am I just blind?
Your computer security "pop-ups" and other settings can block CHAT from working. If I get on my main computer at home it works fine, but the other family computers have different settings that will initially block it. It seems to be working right now.

I ordered four rolls (red, silver, black, pink) on September 22. Immediately marked 'shipping soon' with a note of "give us one week to ship")
Two weeks ago I asked chat and they said "shipping on Monday!"
It is now October 22. Nothing. No contact, no shipping, no filament.
On chat now, and apparently Pink is holding it up. It looks like they can make red/black/silver, but not Pink/Blue. Chat said something about "unable to make it to our standards". Don't know why pink is harder. Blue is also out of stock.
I'm trying to get my pink cancelled/refunded so at least I can try the others.
From a customer service perspective, informing customers when shipments are delayed would be a good practice.

I’ve had a couple chats where I’m told something like my order should ship “by the end of the week.” I think that statement is made out of general optimism, and not any specific, inside knowledge of inventory or fulfillment logistics.
When someone asks you if you're a god, you say, "YES!"
