is it possible to downgrade a firmware?
I suspect a firmware upgrade to prevent any printing. is it possible to downgrade?

This procedure is for MINI. You can find also procedure for other printer in the Prusa knowledge db

Well, I was wrong, the update was not the cause. Downgraded, and had the very same problem (I suspected it because the changelog mentions temperature improvement, so I thought maybe there was a buggy case, but that would have been strange indeed).
I thought it might have been linked to upgrade that I had PETG printing giving me a heatbed problem (temperature falling down at some point) but downgrading was not the cause.
Instead, it seems it is specific to some prints with a rather small surface (it happened when the piece was roughly 1cm high, consistently. The problematic pieces were the cable clips of the upgrade from 2S to 2.5S, that I have kept sleeping for... more than a year :/), and I suspect it is related to the fact the heatbed only receives 11.3V (+-0.1V). The workaround was to sit around, and when the printer was switching the heatbed temp from 85°C to 90°C, force it to aim at 85°C which, for some reason, seems to be ok. The temp still fall around ~80°C IIRC, but this seems to be tolerated by the printer.
I'll try to find a way to increase emitted voltage, as I suspect it should be more around 12V. The PSU itself provides 12.4V, so the problem is likely not related to PSU, but maybe I'll try to switch the PSU for one of the computer's PSU I have around, just to check (maybe not enough intensity is provided, but that would surprise me).
I've seen people around saying they could tweak the voltage, but I have not found how yet. Not gave much time to this neither, have to admit.
As you can guess from my text, the printer is currently a MK2S, which I am upgrading to MK2.5S/multimaterial.
