How does the RMA process works ?
For Info : I have a faulty Y Axis and the Support started a RMA for this Part.
After two days i got a Shipping Label. Ok fine.
The Tech Support told me if i drop the package to UPS they will send out the new one.
But now ask if this is right or do i have to wait much longer until the Device arrive at Prusa and then they send out ?
Tehc Support : "We ship it when you dropped the package" Status in Shop System "We are awaiting your shipment"
Any Experience here ?
