I've just printed 7 of the 10 prepared gcodes and have foolishly lost the list of which files I have printed (obvs not in order for some dysfunctional reason 😂). I don't use Prusa connect so have no record.
Is there a list somewhere of what parts are in which code file or can anyone help?

Can't you find the Gcode files on your printer's USB stick? When you send them via the local network, the printer will store them on the USB stick and retain them for future use. So unless you deleted them manually, they should all still be there?

If you've used the Prusa app (not Connect), take a look at the printer there. The app seems to keep a permanent record of jobs.
If not, you can open the .bgcode files in PS and look for distinctive items.
