Can't Stop Printing - Should I get some help?

I have had my MK3s for about 10 months now.

I can't stop printing. If the printer is idle it just seems  .... wrong!

Thank you Prusa, Forum Gurus, Prusa Prints, Thingiverse, for hooking me on this. Life without my 3d Printer is now inconceivable.

I want  .... need more filament, more printer, more broken stuff around the house to renew.

Dammit, current print 97%, nearly complete. I'm off to find something that "needs" fixing with a new part. ...

Please tell me there are others with this terrible affliction, am I alone .... do I need to get help? 🤣 🤣

Happy Friday

Just form an organization called "PPA" (Prusa Printers Anonymous). You can be President/Secretary, I'll be Vice President/Treasurer. If we charge $.05 USD to join, we'll become rich and can retire on the proceeds! 😉

I knew I would find my answer here. Thanks @reddawg 👍 😊

Be sure you master some 3D modeling software so you're not dependent on others for designs!

Not sure about ever "mastering" but have been using Fusion since I got the printer, so my output is now about 80% me and 20% other. It was the other way around at first, but slowly reaching reasonable competence. Fortunately I have been involved with CAD for many years, in fact since the very early releases of AutoCAD some 35 + years ago. Putting that together with my apprenticeship as a fitter - turner, the biggest hurdle has been the specific techniques required by FDM. It's been a great journey so far, and the folks on here are a great bunch. Always patient and helpful to us rookies with their extensive and freely given advice. Onward and upwards. 👍

@bobstro

I think that is the toughest part.

Oh Thingiverse is awesome!

Hard to log on there without downloading and printing something!
