Buddy 3D camera can't reset

Hi all.

I installed the Buddy 3d Cam with Prusa Connect, but after a couple of image stop to work.

I'm trying to reset the wifi connection but it's impossible to reset, neither pressing the button reset during 1 sec, 3 secs or 4 secs to factory reset.

The camera is in green light but doesn't work.

Also I following the instruction, eliminating from PRUSA Connect, and at now i have a camera in green light that don't do nothing in my desktop.

Anybody who have any solution or the way to force the reset?.

The supporting via chat, is very difficult, they give more than 30 minutes to contact and at this moment... nothing

After conversation with the support team, they are investigating the root cause, so..... moment to wait

Had the exact same problem - green light but not possible to reset.

They sent a new camera under warranty. We'll see how the new one fares.

I had the same issue. I ordered two and set the first one up easy peasy. Second one would read the qr code and beep, but it would continue to do the single beep if held to the qr code. NOTHING ELSE WOULD HAPPEN. I carried on for a week trying till finally it did the correct procedure of hooking up. It took one photo and solid light. I thought I bricked it thinking I didn't let the new firmware load up all the way as I was so excited that it worked! I unplugged from computer and plugged it in to find it bricked at that point. Contacted Prusa, sent a video of the solid light and they are sending a replacement. It'll be here today.

I had the similar problems, I couldn't reset, while camera was not updating the pictures anymore. After removing from Prusa Connect, the green light was still on. After discussions with the support team, they sent me a replacement, which did work after quick testing.
