blobs on top layers
I've got some blobs on the top layers of some prints, any ideas? Over extrusion maybe?

Normal; they are wipe marks and stringing from retraction and lifting the nozzle.
ps: on a side note, it looks like you are over-extruding a bit, too. Test the extruder and measure the filament diameter, adjust slice settings accordingly. https://help.prusa3d.com/article/d9j1xdg7vj-extrusion-multiplier-calibration
