Sorry to hear about your troubles. My recent order - and the replacement part shipments all made it through customs without issue.
I did have a problem with the light weight filament from England a few years back. That order gave me a customs form issue - I had to complete a form within five business days or it was going back... plus pay a small fee.
I have not every had that issue with PRUSA.
