Any Idea what would cause this in the 1st layer?

I just changed my nozzle to a 0.6 and replaced the print bed with the steel sheet.  Calibration went smooth and looks correct.  PLA is new.  Top layers of final print are smooth.  a lot of the 1st layer looks perfect. Wondering why the 1st layer looks this way.

Looks like live z too low?

RE:

Agreed that z offset is too low.

The built-in first layer calibration routine is set for a 0.4mm nozzle. Best option for a 0.6 nozzle is to use a 40mmX40mm

X 0.3mm pad (can use a model from Printables, or use built-in shapes in Prusa Slicer), set for 0.3 QUALITY layer height setting.

Also keep in mind that all three spring steel sheets (smooth, satin, textured) have different thicknesses, and require different z offsets. You can save each one so you don't need to re-run every time you change the sheet.
