3d Print on Prusa Mini not sticking to bed

I just have received a Prusa Mini printer, and have tried to print the Buddy Pug a few times. But as you can see in the video, about 5 minutes after I start the print, the extruder sticks to the 3d print, and carries it away. How do I get the model to stick to the bed and not get lifted up?

When that model lifted, it looked like you had a bunch of problems from the start. You first need to calibrate the Z axis to ensure you get good adhesion to the plate. That looks like one problem you have. You can search the forum for lots of info and threads on doing a Z axis calibration.

Please run a first layer Z calibration and show us the resulting print *on the print sheet*.
