What is it that you are trying to print?

@jsw
I am trying to print an Avionics bay for a rocket. It is sort of a cylinder sliced in two length size. It has a 38mm circle at each end. It should stick well. Darn ABS-T is not sticking at all.

I am printing rocket motor retainers which have a ring. I keep trying to print them without a brim. I might have to add one.
