Quick Way to Punch Holes in 100 Transparancies

Drill them!  Used an 11/64" bit.  Lucked out in that these transparencies shipped shrink wrapped else I was going to have to clamp them together to make the holes.  Drilled four holes to make 400 holes.  Nice and consistent.

What spacing did you use? I tried the 888 (2 inner holes centered on page and 8cm apart, two outer holes 8cm from inner) but it does not fit.  Not sure if I am using wrong pattern, or if my print scale is off?

I made one by hand.  I took one sheet and held it up to the shield frame and marked where the holes should go and then I transfer that to my stack.  Just make sure you go off the base of the peg.

In case you don’t see the drill press in the first photo, I don’t recommend drilling with a hand held drill.
