Unable to select new print/project after cancelling a print when no filament was loaded originally.

Prusalink Type: Raspberry Pi Zero W
PrusaLink Version: 0.5.2
Printer Type: MK3S
Printer UUID:
Printer Firmware Version: 3.10.0-4481
PrusaSlicer version: n/a
Description: Unable to load new Project/gCODE after cancelling a print, PrusaLink shows error "Couldn't get to State.STOPPED state."

When attempting to run some maintenance code (move x,y,z with gcode to clean rails) i ran into an API error which i thought was it due to not having filament so i wanted to see how the system would respond without filament to print an object.

1. Loaded sample treefrog gcode from usb (rpi example folder)
2. select print
3. allow printer to go through routine
3a. printer complains there is no filament (displayed locally not in any UI)
4. cancel print
4a. unable to cancel the print
5. load filament
6. print begins, then cancels (as expected)
7. PrusaLink UI shows error (Couldn't get to the State.STOPPED state.)
8. Load any other sample gcode in and out of example folder
8a. Sample codes doesn't load, does not show it changing in preview.
8b. Refresh page, no change.
9. Click Cancel on UI
9a. No change.
