Registering printer fails
at the end of the setup, registering the printer fails at the attempt of redirect to connect.prusa3d.com when you are not previously logged in to connect.prusa3d.com. trying to refresh or go back won't work, as apparently the setup files on prusa link are deleted after "complete" setup.
RE: Registering printer fails
I'm unable to add my printer and I *AM* logged into Connect before I try. I'm left with a progress bar on step (2. Setup Printer) and nothing else to click to continue. I've tried twice (deleted .ini to reset wizard) PrusaLink seems to work ok, but I can't add the printer.
PrusaLink 0.60.0, Chrome on Linux
RE: Registering printer fails
i am also experiencing this
RE: Registering printer fails
I experience the same issue. It won't register the printer at Prusa Connect (even when I am logged in at Prusa Connect within the same browser), but gives me a 500 error. I used the 0.6 image. I tried both Safari & Chrome, both with the same issue. When I turn the printer off and back on again, the wizard starts back from the beginning...
RE: Registering printer fails
since you guys had problems with chrome/safari, it's probably worth mentioning I used firefox. got it to register after logging in to connect.prusa3d.com in an incognito tab and then starting setup of prusalink.
RE: Registering printer fails
I am clueless... I just tried Firefox on both MacOS & Windows 10, but both didn't work... In between I made sure I reflashed the 0.6 image on the sd card.
RE: Registering printer fails
I finally got it working. I had special characters in the API key, user password and printer name. I removed all the special characters and it works! Not sure which of the 3 are the problem, but apparently it has something todo with special characters. This is with the 0.6 image, using Firefox on MacOS.
RE: Registering printer fails
I also had issues using special characters
RE: Registering printer fails
I was using a # char when I did my first setup. Removing that seems to get me to the rest of the setup process.
RE: Registering printer fails
Same here. Removing the # from the name solved my problem.
