PrusaLink web UI not accepting uploads (Linux, Chrome)
I have a new Prusa MINI+ running the latest firmware, connected to my wifi network.
I can connect to PrusaLink via my browser (on a Fedora 38 Linux laptop), and enter the API key - no issues, apart from the fact that I have to enter that key every single time, which is very annoying…!
There’s something strange going on with uploads, though:
- In Chrome (v 113, 64-bit), I can click to choose a Gcode file, but selecting one via the file chooser has no effect (no upload occurs)
- in Firefox (v 113, 64-bit), selecting a Gcode file does see the file uploaded, and I can then start a print via the web interface.
I can’t see any obvious errors in the JavaScript console in Chrome to explain what is happening here, and Firefox is a workaround, but I just wondered whether other folks are observing the same problem?
What’s the best way to debug and report issues in this area? - I assume one of the GitHub repositories?
RE: PrusaLink web UI not accepting uploads (Linux, Chrome)
Are you using any script blockers in Chrome that might cause the issue?
If it is a vanilla Chrome install then it is probably a bug. I have Fedora 38 home as well. Will try in a couple of hours and see if I have the same issue. But a bug filing on the github page would probably work the best.
