My XL connects but my 3 MK4S printers will not connect.

Can't find a place in Prusa Link to schedule a print for a future time. So unless that feature is hidden Prusa Link is an inferior option.

On-Line Chat support confirmed server issue when I contacted them about 90 minutes ago for my XL 5TH. Said several of their support team were getting calls and they are trying to understand the server problem.

Prusa needs to offer a self hosted cloud server. Connect is just so unreliable for me, especially in the past year and link is extremely limited.

Just to give an update of the last issue with Prusa connect,
- Mitigation: We implemented traffic shedding and resource scaling to stabilize the environment and process the backlog of requests.
- Next Steps: Our specialists are conducting a full Root Cause Analysis (RCA) to identify the database trigger and implement new rate-limiting precautions to prevent similar "retry storms" in the future.

Seems that is still unresolved. Today again the Printer Offline thing.
Strange enough, the App on the Mobile phone shows "Online" and notifies me about a finished print....

Yep, still an issue today, and has been for a year now.
lost a 12 hour print at 87% due to “g-code transfer too slow”
my internet is fine. The buddy3D camera still shows.
Prusa connect status shows “error: bug”
very cool. I was considering picking up a second core one as I have a bunch of spare parts, but I’m thinking of just selling it at this point. I am tired of these errors not being prioritised by Prusa.

I would suggest contacting support as they can ask for your account details and then it could be submitted to the connect devs to look into your accounts and see what the issue might be.
