MK3S+ status shown as busy while printing
Hi,
In the past 1-2 month we haven't done much change to our printing process, unfortunately we are no longer able to monitor our MK3S+ on PrusaConnect. As soon as the print start (we start from SD Card) the status switch to Busy and then we only see the temperatures.
If I take a look at the print history of every MK3S+ it is written that all the previous print are UNKNOWN and finished printing in less than a minute.
We do power cycle our printers every 2 to 3 weeks.
Here is the version of our machine:
They all use a Raspberry pi zero 2 W
Firmware 3.13.2-7080
PrusaLink 0.7.2
Prusa Connect SDK 0.7.1
We have an XL that is always working fine and that we can see the status of the print.
Maybe someone had that kind of problem and know how to get it to work 🙂
