"Internal Server Error" when removing a file in the CLOUD
  • Pi Zero W 2
  • 0.7.0rc2
  • Mk3s + MMU2s- b8fc27fc-6ad2-4a4d-aa7e-ae4a757552a93.11.0-4955
  • Not required
  • Removing a stored file (thats just printed) in the CLOUD does remove the file locally but then i see this "Internal Server Error" appearing, the only way ive found to fix this is to reboot the whole printer (likely rebooting just he Pi would work, but there's no reboot option i can find in the GUI)

What log files would you like?

Many Thanks

OR when sending a new print, this seems to also fix the issue, i assume the error is when reading the local file directory which was cleared from the cloud (we never have any prints stored, so any deletions clear everything).

Many Thanks

What you're calling the cloud is your raspberry pi's SD card. To use a cloud service, you'd have to go through Prusa Connect. The screenshot clarifies it. I'll try to replicate it

We have confirmed this seems to be an issue when removing the STORED print after its printed from the Cloud, if the last stored print is removed from the LOCAL Pip through GUI this error doesn't seem to appear.

We keep very tight memory (if anything is stolen there is no IP (intellectual Property) loss, ergo nothing is stored on the internal memory we dont mind loosing.  The printer is for prototyping so hardly anything is stored.

Many Thanks
