Getting many false positive Attention notification in the Prusa Connect app
I have a Core One + (6.4.0+11974) that is sending the "Attention" notification that states I need to investigate the printer in person. I have gotten 10+ of these notifications in the last 12 hours however the printer has not been printing in that time. It finished a job and since then has been sending regular attention notifications. An in person inspection doesn't reveal any issues and the printer is set to ready and the queue is empty. This creates a poor experience as I don't want to ignore the important "Attention needed" notifications however they are all false positives.

I can reassure you. You’re not the only one who finds this incredibly annoying. Officially, I’ve heard from the app’s support team that, and I quote: “We’ll improve this in 2026.” Unfortunately, I don’t know how, when, or to what extent.From my perspective, it would be nice if they could at least catch up to the Chinese version. It can’t be that hard, Prusa, can it????????

just a heads up. I contacted a few devs and made them sad... Reported the issue and they are looking into it

Hello Jan,Thank you very much for your email.
Regarding the printer’s current status in the application:We are working to resolve this issue; we need to change the way we retrieve the current status.
A redesign of the print queue in the application is planned for next year.
As for notification settings, in the current version you can specify what kind of notificationsyou would like to receive. A new notification platform is also planned for next year.
Our roadmap includes additional advanced features for the Connect web application that we will be adding to the application.However, we are currently focusing primarily on features for Buddy3D cameras.
