I don't believe this is an issue. I have two printers, I just got another Pi for my second printer and installed PrusaLink/Prusa Connect. I don't have this problem with the second printer. I can restart the printer, and all of the files are in place. I will reinstall PrusaLink on the first printer and see if it helps.
