Can't Add Printers with New Serial Numbers (SN) with Prusalink
I am trying to add a bunch of new printers to prusa connect with prusa link, but am running into an issue on the printers that have the newer Serial Numbers that start with SN instead of the CZP as the old ones do. I am using the the Prusalink image found on the prusalink instruction page. All my printers have been updated to FIRMWARE 3.11.0.

Hi, sorry, PrusaLink needs the S/N in the CZPX format. They split the board S/N (still CZPX) from the printer S/N. The fastest way to fix this right now is to connect each printer to a powerbank, then press the reset button. Once the printer boots, it will attempt to read the SN (from the now powered usb to serial interface board) once that is done, power cycle the printer and PrusaLink should stop asking for the SN.
Also I assume you used a Mac to flash the latest fw, please let me know if that assumption is correct. Thank you
