Uneven line during first layer calibration
Hello all,
I currently have an issue with one of my minis with was running fine for years that I don't know how to solve:
I notice some gap in thin wall (2 perimeters) on one side of the print, so I did the first layer calibration to see if everything was ok and I noticed that line going from right to left were larger than line from left to right.
I then did a calibration cube to check the layer width and on the 20x20 vase cube I have .50mm on the left and .35 on the right side.
The PTFE heartbreak tube is new same as the nozzle, I do maintenance regularly as it prints almost every day.
Does anyone have an idea from where this issue can come ?
Thanks

So after searching on internet everything around this issue, I found the problem it came from the Extruder-Hotend PTFE tube which was all worn out I guess from the filament sliding inside and the left-right movement. I try with another one and everything looks good now.
Problem solved !

@Mryck - are you referring to the longer tube that goes from the extrude to the hot-end or the short tube inside the hotend?
