The first layers peel off after a short amount of time while printing

Hello

I have received this printer last week and every time, when I try to print, after a short amount of time, when its printing, the first layer starts to peel off from the surface of the bed. I have tried to use alcohol, to heat more the bed with a dryer, but it does not work. ¿How can I find the solution?

When adhesion problems occur clean the sheet with dishwashing detergent (Dawn/Fairy) and plenty of HOT water, rinse well and dry with a fresh paper towel. Handle by the edges only.  Use IPA between prints.  Use acetone when all else fails but no more than once or twice a year.

Poor adhesion allows one end to lift off the bed into the path of danger then the nozzle clips the print.

If the bed is clean then your first layer Z offset calibration may be suspect.  Please show us your calibration print.

At the end of the calibration you are aiming to print a single layer *sheet*. It should be possible to peel it off in one and fold it without the threads seperating. If it breaks into lines it is too high, not squished enough. If it is a single sheet but with wavy lines or drag marks on it you are too low.

Cheerio,

Cleaning with warm water and dish soap, followed by IPA is certainly the simplest step. But pairing the material to the specific sheet (see First-layer-issues) and the first-layer calibration is also very important.
