Supports problem
My kids bought a Prusa Mini+ printer. They made some prints, and suddenly the printer stopped recognizing supports in the files.
We slice the model, add supports, and export the file.
We've tried:
- Changing support settings
- Restarting PrusaSlicer
- Factory resetting the printer
- Reflashing the firmware
- Different computers
- Different USB drives"
None of this seems to help
RE: Supports problem
recognizing supports in the files
Not sure what that means. They're in the gcode but the printer prints everything else but not the supports? There's no scenario I can imagine in which that would happen. More likely than not they're not in the project file. Can you set up a project, save it as a 3mf file and post it here? You have to Zip compress it before using the Attach File button below the text edit box, or the forum software will silently ignore it. Then print it and post pictures? That way we have a more complete picture of what's going on as the 3mf file contains all your settings.

Yes. Will get back home, and send you the file.
RE: Supports problem
One thing you do want to check is you have the latest slicer and firmware. There were some incompatibilities. I do not remember any support issues though, but it can't hurt to eliminate the issues caused by revisions.

RE: Supports problem
Hi sorry for my late reply. Had a rough day yesterday.
When we got back home, printer stated that firmware is corrupted. Did the flash, and it worked. Thanks for your help
